The club
A room full of people who want in.
We started with a couple dozen members. This fall there are 99, which makes us one of the largest organizations in Haslam. Meetings are every other Tuesday.

Our mission
Meetings, visits, people.
The UTK Real Estate Club gives students of every background the resources to break into real estate, whether you're already pursuing a career in it or discovering a new passion for the industry. Through interactive meetings, speaker events, field trips, site visits and learning sessions, we equip students with the tools to succeed in their careers throughout Tennessee and beyond.
We're a student-run organization with speakers from across the industry: brokers, agents, developers and investors. We explore every sector, including industrial and residential, with a primary focus on commercial real estate. Our member portal, NOCT, is live, giving paid members lessons, career guides, firm profiles and outreach templates, with past speaker contacts coming soon. We're also planning more events to build a collaborative culture where members form lasting connections with each other. The club is open to all business majors.
Meetings are held every other Tuesday at 6:00 PM. Food and refreshments usually aren't served, so plan accordingly. Check the calendar for the semester schedule, and reach out through the contact page with any questions.
